PREPARE TO FILE PETITIONS TO PRESIDENT OBAMA
FOR RATIFICATION OF THE CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD.
TAKE THE PETITIONS FAR AND WIDE—not just CWU gatherings!
WE ARE COUNTING ON YOUR WONDERFUL CREATIVITY!
Dear CWU Sisters,
From 2006-2008 we collected about 4000 signatures and sent them on to President Bush.
That was an important effort and we now have a new administration. We also have reason to believe that this one will be more open to our message. Our previous petitions were brought to the attention of the State Department and once again we have reason to hope that they will be received with less resistance.
